Read our Graduate School Handout

Our staff and resources can help you learn more about graduate school. We work with students and alumni to:

  • Determine if graduate school is the appropriate choice. If so, when is the best time to attend?
  • Identify program(s) that fit with your career and personal goals.
  • Assist with the application process, review personal statements, and offer on-campus prep programs for some entrance exams.

On-campus graduate school programs and resources

  • Graduate School Fair every October
  • Kaplan practice test day (LSAT, GRE and GMAT) each September
  • On-campus LSAT and GRE preparation courses

Transcript Information

Official transcripts from all colleges attended are necessary for most graduate school applications. This includes off-campus study programs, even those that are affiliated with Gettysburg College. Be sure to get copies directly from each college or university you attended (including community colleges).

Graduate School Fair- Every October

Meet representatives from nearly 100 graduate schools across the country during this annual, on-campus event. Students of all class years are welcome to attend.

This is a great opportunity to ask questions, whether you're beginning to think about graduate school, in the process of applying or simply want to find out more.
