Kathy Williams is Director of the Center for Career Development at Gettysburg College, a position she has held since 2000. As part of her work to develop and promote career opportunities for students, she works closely with numerous on- and off-campus partners including the Sunderman Conservatory, the Eisenhower Institute, the Garthwait Leadership Center, the Alumni Board of Directors, the Parents Advisory Board, and the BOLD Council. She holds a doctorate in higher education administration from The George Washington University, a master’s degree from Western Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree from Albion College in Michigan.
