All Gettysburg College employees are paid on a biweekly basis. Summer positions filled by Gettysburg College students will follow the student pay schedule, while those filled by graduated students or non-Gettysburg College students are paid as casual staff following the support staff pay schedule.
All employees use an electronic CNAV timesheet to record hours. As an employee, you will be responsible for recording your hours daily and reviewing and approving your timesheet by the user deadline each pay period. If a timesheet is submitted late, it not only delays your paycheck, but it also impacts your federal taxes and Department of Labor compliance. Please coordinate with your supervisor to ensure a CNAV timesheet has been created for you. Training manuals and timesheet information can be found on the Payroll Office's website.
Gettysburg College's payroll is paid via direct deposit. If you have not already enrolled in direct deposit, you may pick up a direct deposit authorization form from Student Employment Services at the Center for Career Development. You will need to know your bank's routing number and your account number in order to complete the form.
