Making Your Future Work - Employers

Gettysburg College connects you to uncommonly strong and knowledgeable candidates.

Through our Making Your Future Work program, Gettysburg students complete a four-year sequence of personalized, career-focused, experiential opportunities.

Examples include:   

• Individual mentoring by successful alumni and parents
• Individual advising by career coaches and select faculty
• Job shadowing
• Internships
• Externships that include a homestay with an employer host. 

Gettysburg makes it easy for you to access our students, whose experience combines academic breadth and rigor with real world connections. 

Gettysburg graduates critical thinkers and effective communicators who are motivated to contribute to the world in which they live. 

In addition to a free online recruiting account, we offer employers and graduate schools access to on-campus recruitment options including interviewing, information sessions, and information tables.  Employers can personalize the schedule, pre-select resumes, and visit the campus for the day.  Online interviews are also available.
