My mentee, Bill,and I talk every week and share our experiences, challenges and successes in our careers and our daily lives. While the primary focus of the program is to help young alumni like Bill develop leadership skills through counsel and support as they progress through the early stages of their careers, Ihave found that he has helped shape my own leadership and managemen tapproach.
