A Brief Overview...
This multisport adventure takes place along the Appalachian Trail in the area of Annapolis Rocks. Two days of the trip will be spent learning the basics of rock climbing, belay systems, basic anchors and rock site management. The rest of the trip will be spent backpacking the Appalachian Trail. During this section of the trip topics such as map and compass use, Leave-No-Trace, and backcountry living skills will be taught. This trip highlights the many outstanding outdoor recreation opportunities close to our Gettysburg Campus.
