This leadership program is open all students at Gettysburg College. This seven week experience will use the Gettysburg College Challenge Course as the platform to enhance your facilitation and group management skills. With the use of  theory, practice and some adventure you will have an opportunity to learn how to design and lead a group experience on a ropes course, as well see how these critical applications can apply to your leadership style and own organizations.
