Mountain Man Madness

This annual event is offered to the men within the faculty and administration of Gettysburg College. This trip takes us to the Adirondacks in New York where we spend three days trekking the snow capped mountains in the High Peaks Region. The group shares in the cooking responsibility which can range from simple meals such as stuffed French toast to more succulent steak prepared with blue cheese, drizzled with saut?ed mushrooms. Roughin' it on this adventure means watching the Raiders of the Lost Ark trilogy on VHS in a warm cabin, after attempting a summit bid on a 46'er.
