HOUSING FORMS

Non-Resident Housing Contract and Key Request Form (PDF)

Weekly Inspection - A weekly inspection of the chapter house must be completed every week by the house manager. The weekly inspection form is due each Thursday by 1 p.m.. This form can be completed online.

SOCIAL EVENT FORM

Social Event Registration Form (PDF) - A Social Event Registration form must be completed for all social events. The Social Event Registration form must be submitted to the Greek Organizations Office in CUB220 by 1 pm on Thursday for events to be considered for approval that upcoming weekend.
