Principles: Love, Labor, Learning, Loyalty

The Gamma Beta Chapter is a supportive group of loyal sisters who are friendly, intelligent, and involved.  We believe in developing leadership, scholarship, and community service based on the traditions of Gamma Phi Beta. We currently have 92 sisters who are dedicated and excited to be a part of the Gamma Phi Beta family.

Our philanthropies include For the Love of Lori, Adopt-A-Highway, Powder-Puff Football, Alex's Lemonade Stand, Clothing Drive and a Silent Auction.  Our first annual clothing drive and silent auction were extremely successful.  We were able to donate about 20 large trash bags of gently used and new clothes to the local homeless and abuse shelter in Gettysburg and through the silent auction we raised $4,400 for the Children's Hospital of Washington D.C.  Our other philanthropies benefit different areas including: The National Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation, the Gettysburg community, the Cystic-Fibrosis Foundation, the American Cancer Society, and our national philanthropy, Camp Fire USA, a camp for underprivileged girls.  We are always striving to increase respect and commitment to our sisterhood, which will result in improved faculty and community relations.
