Road Trip May 23
May 23 - Little Wild Horse Canyon
We woke up to dark clouds over Goblin Valley State Park. Everything was wet. Unfortunately the campers next to us did not read their camping etiquette book: loud talkers, dogs and children roaming our campsite, throwing footballs into our eating area, riding loud dirt bikes and more. Everything was so wet, we could not play with the goblins. Little Wild Horse Canyon was puddled but that did not deter us. A late start also meant skipping the Calf Creek Falls hike and driving over snow, hale and rain through Boulder Mountain. We camped at the trailhead to Spooky, Peek-a-boo and Brimstone slot canyons.
