There are a few traditional events that we celebrate every year:
Welcome Picnic
Each fall on the first day of classes all new and returning domestic and international students gather at Dean Curry's house for delicious food and fellowship.
Holiday Dinner
Every December on the last day of classes Dean Curry hosts a traditional holiday dinner at his home.
Culture Week
Every spring the International Club hosts Culture Week to celebrate the different regions and cultures of the world. Events include food tastings and an international fashion show.
Student Employee Picnic
Each year we celebrate the contributions of our student employees. Last year, we traveled to nearby Strawberry Hill Nature Preserve and enjoyed local BBQ, hiking and fishing.
Senior Dinner
Near the end of each spring semester Dean Curry hosts the seniors for a special dinner in his home.
IRC Awards Banquet
On the last day of spring classes we host our Annual Banquet. This event celebrates the academic accomplishments of all of our students and sends our graduating seniors out in style! Don't miss the food, fun and dancing!
