Meet The Board

The Campus Activities Board is a student-run organization comprised of student volunteers across all four class years, totaling approximately 50 members.  Due to the size and structure of the group, the students involved elect a Board of Directors.  The Board is made up of four Executive Officers who work in the Office of Student Activities, and ten Committee Chairs.

Executive Officers

Allison Schofield- President

Allison Schofield is a junior from Greenwich, CT.  She is a Management major and an Art History minor.  As CAB President she works with the other members of the Executive Board to support the Committee Chairs and the events that they plan.  In addition to CAB Allison is also a part of the Attic Advisory Board and the Student Advisory Board.

Beth Leamy - Vice President, Public Relations

Beth Leamy is a senior History and Independent Studies double major from Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.  She is the Vice President of Public Relations for CAB and is entering her 4th year as a member of the organization.  She also is a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority, President of the Gettysburg College Republicans, and Vice President of the Class of 2010.  Outside of college, she is the Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Federation of College Republicans. 

 Alex Hoffmaster- Vice President, Finance

Alex Hoffmaster is a Senior Sociology major from Joppatowne, MD.  Serving as the Campus Activities Board VP of Finance, he oversees all committee spending for programming throughout the year.  On most weekends, you can find Alex working in The Attic as a TIPS Server.  Outside of his roles with the Office of Student Activities, Alex also serves as one of the Co-Chairs of the 2010 Senior Class Gift Campaign and the Sophomore Area Residence Coordinator for Carlisle Street.  After graduation, Alex hopes to pursue a career in progressive nonprofit fundraising.

Laura Baldasarre- Vice President, The Attic

Laura Baldasarre is a sophomore from Hagerstown, MD who plans to double major in history and music.  Besides being a member of CAB and the Attic Advisory Board, she is on the Spectrum staff and is a co-leader of the CHOP House.  She is also a member of both the Orchestra and Women's Choir.
