Position Description

The Office of Student Activities and First-Year Programs will select a group of mature and dedicated student leaders to assist with implementing orientation programs this fall.  Selection to the First-Year staff team is a unique honor and a rewarding opportunity for personal and professional growth.  The Orientation Leader position focuses delivery of the Orientation program to the incoming students.  Candidates need not currently hold leadership positions, but they must have the capacity to lead as well as the desire to work within a team structure. 

We welcome the applications of rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors for these important decisions.  We attempt to assemble a team which is extremely diverse in terms of students' backgrounds, experiences, activities, and interests.  Our team must be able to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for every new student and family to Gettysburg.
