The Attic Usage Policy
The Attic Usage Policy governs the operations of The Attic. It outlines reservation, Host Provider, and set up policies for the space. The full policy can be found below and should be reviewed in full by anyone planning to host an event in The Attic.
Important sections of The Attic Usage Policy have been summarized below.
- The Attic is an "as is" space. The host of an event is responsible for setting up all furniture in a configuration they decide on and returning the furniture to an appropriate configuration after the event is over.
- Host Provider events may be held in The Attic in accordance with the Student Social Event Policy. Departments who wish to host a Host Provider event in The Attic must provide their own alcohol and servers for the event.
- The Attic Staff are only responsible for being present to open the space and close it. Groups will not receive event support from professional or student staff unless specifically requested during the reservation request process.
