Storage for Domestic Students

Storage in Apple Hall
In order to take advantage of the summer storage service, you must live at least 10 hours (driving time) away from campus. Please complete the form below by Thanksgiving Break or April 15, whichever is applicable, at which time all requests will be reviewed. Note: Furniture is not permitted in storage rooms!

You will be notified whether or not you may store items in Apple Hall storage by the Friday of the following week and have until the last day of classes to accept or decline storage. If accepted, you will be able to take your items to storage the week of final examinations. If you do not respond accepting storage by 5:00p.m. on the appointed Friday, your storage slot may be bumped, as there is always a waiting list. You will not necessarily be notified of being bumped in advance.

Storing your Items
Upon arriving to store your items, please make sure you do the following:

• Bring your email response stating that you have storage rights.
• Be prepared to place your items in a 3'x3' space. Piling may go as high as you wish.
  

Retrieving your Items
You may retrieve your items at the beginning of each semester at the posted times. Any other access will be on a very limited basis and must be requested through Ande Flagg.
