Gettysburg College is safe because faculty, students, and staff approach campus safety as a shared responsibility. At “Total Safety Move” (TSM) Organizations, Clubs and departments come together to share safety awareness.Gettysburg College and the Department of Public Safety is committed to proactively and collaboratively working with other departments and campus community members in the provision of a safe and secure campus environment where community members can work, live, play, and pursue their academic and professional endeavors


Together we make Gettysburg College what it is: a welcoming, safe, supportive, and caring community where the well-being of each of us is the responsibility of all of us.

Alpha Delta Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Sigma Sigma , Zeta Phi Beta, Alpha Phi Omega, Alpha Chi Rho, Lambda Chi, Phi Delta Theta, Phi Gamma Delta, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu, SASA, The Women’s Center, Survivors Inc, Allies Group, Student Senate, Pa Liquor Control Board, Gettysburg Musselman Library.Total Safety Move (TSM) had over 20 Safety booths, Sparky the firedog, McGruff the crime dog Gorilla, and Gettysburg College Life & Fire Safety video of the room burn demonstration.Entertainment provided by our very own Four Scores, Shots in the Dark, Drop the Octave and Upscale!
