Advancement Services

Advancement Services is responsible for maintaining the data in Advance C/S, our donor relations database. This responsibility involves processing all gifts and pledges to Gettysburg College and keeping the biographic information in our database current. We also provide support to the following offices within Development and Alumni Relations.

• Alumni Relations
• Annual Giving
• Capital Giving
• Orange & Blue
• Planned Giving

In addition, we provide support to many offices outside of our division including the President's Office, Finance and Administration, Institutional Analysis, Civil War Institute and Career Services.
