Enrollment and Educational Services

The Division of Enrollment & Educational Services (EES) coordinates enrollment and marketing services for the College, working collaboratively with the academic, student affairs, and finance offices to meet the College's enrollment, marketing, and retention goals. 

The division consists of the Admissions, Financial Aid, Athletics, Institutional Analysis, Communications & Public Relations, and Web Communications & Electronic Media offices. 

The mission of the EES Division is to maintain an enrollment of diverse, talented, creative, and capable students who will benefit from and contribute to a dynamic liberal arts education while maximizing net tuition revenue. We will communicate the value of Gettysburg by promoting the accomplishments of students, faculty, staff, and alum. The EES staff carries out this mission with a commitment in all that we do: our programs, approaches, staff, relationships, and teams leading to positive results that are "Difficult to Copy". 

The EES Office manages a successful recruitment program for the College; strategically uses financial aid in the enrollment process to meet the College's goals; weaves athletes effectively into campus life; ensures the compliance collection of institutional data; and serves as a liaison between the various enrollment offices and campus constituencies.  

The EES Office is responsible for the overall functioning of the Division including goals, policies, budget, personnel, and facilities.
