Co-curricular learning goals: The intended program outcomes are derived from the following co-curricular learning goals:
- Ethical decision making:
- Understand and articulate personal skills and abilities
- Seek and integrate feedback from others
- Learn from and incorporate experiences into decision making
- Effective communication:
Intended program outcomes: Students are expected to be better able to do the following through participation in the Alumni Leadership Retreat:
- Articulate skills they developed as a result of their leadership experience at Gettysburg College
- Develop a clear sense of the kind of skills that potential employers are looking for in recent graduates
- Develop a clear sense of how to communicate the skills they have developed as a student leader to potential employers
- Develop a clear sense of how the skills they developed as a student leader can translate to their professional career
