Co-curricular learning goals: The intended program outcomes are derived from the following co-curricular learning goals:

• Ethical decision making:
  • Understand and articulate personal skills and abilities
  • Seek and integrate feedback from others
  • Learn from and incorporate experiences into decision making
• Effective communication:  
  • Ask thoughtful questions

Intended program outcomes: Students are expected to be better able to do the following through participation in the Alumni Leadership Retreat:

• Articulate skills they developed as a result of their leadership experience at Gettysburg College
• Develop a clear sense of the kind of skills that potential employers are looking for in recent graduates
• Develop a clear sense of how to communicate the skills they have developed as a student leader to potential employers
• Develop a clear sense of how the skills they developed as a student leader can translate to their professional career
