Form Building Tool

Web based forms are a way to collect information from a user on the web. Forms data collected by the tool get emailed directly to a person(s) or an alias like cms_liaions@gettysburg.edu.

Prior to using the form building tool

There are a few steps prior to using the form building tool.

1. Layout your form on paper. Identify the fields that you want to have and the format of those fields.
   
   
2. You will need to enter a thank you webpage address in the form building tool. You will need to build that page prior to using the tool so that you have the url to paste into the tool.
   
   
3. Currently the tool does not allow for edits or saving so make sure you have enough time to create your form and paste it into the CMS.
