The Facilities Services Department maintains campus buildings and grounds, provides conference, event, and transportation services and supports the growth of the College by playing an active role in project management and master planning.
The following Facilities Services functions joined the already established Facilities Administrative Offices on the 2nd floor of the Central Energy Plant on Constitution Avenue:
The move from the West Building involved the entire Transportation Operation including the pickup and drop off of rental vehicles and the student scheduling and payment area for reservations not made through the online myShuttle tool. The Central Energy Plant (CEP) provides a central place for guests of these operations to visit and convenient parking for those using our services.; For short-term visits, "Visitor Parking" will be available. When picking up vehicles for rentals, please park in the "Employee Parking". Both areas are located in the Stone Lot by the building. Once parked, enter the building between the greenhouses and through the door to the left. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor office area. Additionally, by consolidating many of the service components of the Facilities Planning and Management Department to one location, we anticipate a more unified approach to addressing the needs of our customers who work, reside, and visit our buildings and grounds.
The Housekeeping and Grounds functions within our department remain at the West Building.
