Service Response Center

The Service Response Center serves as a primary contact point for coordinating and channeling work order requests, as well as handles communicating Facilities announcements to the campus community.

To submit a service request either call extension 6700 or submit a request through CNAV. Please include:

• your name
• building name
• room number
• telephone number
• nature of your request.

Emergencies during office hours should be called in directly to the Service Response Center. For emergencies after hours (4:30p.m. - 7:30 a.m.) please call Security at extension 6911.

Emergencies are:

• fire, flood
• overflowing toilets and sinks
• lack of heat/air conditioning
