General Accounting

The College's fiscal year begins June 1st and ends May 31st. The General Ledger provides a record of all College financial transactions for the fiscal year. Budget to Actual Summary Reports summarize general ledger activity and are available via CNAV to Budget Directors. These reports provide departments with necessary information to track the department's budget and actual expenditures.
