Use of Funds Statement

I hereby authorize the use of any and all payments received on my student account including all Federal Financial Aid Loans, Grants and Awards and Gettysburg College Grants, Loans and Awards to be applied to pay tuition, room and board charges and any other outstanding charges on my student account at Gettysburg College. These charges may include, but are not limited to, the following: College store charges, fraternity fees, parking fines, vending dollars, judicial fines, health center charges, athletic charges, dorm damage, library fines, and any other charges or fees incurred by me while I am a student at Gettysburg College.
