Summer Transportation

This page is for summer transportation for conference/camp attendees. Faculty and staff should use the normal transportation service request page for summer transportation requests. Summer covers the time between Gettysburg College's Spring and Fall semesters. These services are available for all summer conferences and camps scheduled between those times.

Gettysburg College Transportation Services is happy to assist you with your transportation needs this summer. As we have done in past summers, we will provide pick-ups and drop-offs at local transportation centers for all conference/camp participants.

Transportation Request forms should have been included in your conference/camp information packet. Paticipants must return these forms and payment to the Transportation Services office at least two weeks before the scheduled conference/camp. Requests made after deadlines may not be able to be acommodated. Please contact your conference/camp if you have not received this form.
