THE FIRST CONTACT FOR COMPUTING INFORMATION
The Infrastructure and Computing Department serves as the primary customer service unit for the Information Technology division at Gettysburg College. We are charged with making sure computer problems are resolved to your satisfaction. Requests are received at the IT Helpdesk in a variety of ways. E-mail, walk-up service, and telephone are all venues that you, the customer, have available to you. Our main Helpdesk is located on the top floor, south end of Eddie Plank Gym.
