The ITHelpdesk is the hard-working front door to Gettysburg College's Information Technology. It is THE central location for solving computer problems for faculty, staff, and administrators. The Helpdesk is open from 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday, and is located on the second floor of Eddie Plank Gym. You may call x7000 or e-mail ITHelpdesk@gettysburg.edu for assistance. G-Tech is the venue for students to have their issues resolved. They are located in the West Building, room 101. Students can call x6935 or e-mail email@example.com for G-Tech assistance.
Callers to x7000 have several menu choices: Press 1 if you, faculty or staff have Audio/Visual or Enhanced Learning Space issues; Press 2 if you, student or staff, wish to report a password problem or if you are a faculty or staff member with a computer problem; Press 3 if you are a student with a computer problem; Press 4 if you are reporting a voicemail, telephone or cable television problem; Press 5 if you wish to hear the menu again.
