Service Level Agreement - Availability

The main IT Computer Helpdesk  is located on the top floor of Eddie Plank Gym.  Services are available here Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.  After hours and on weekends, emergency computer calls should be directed to the Department of Public Safety at extension 6911.  DPS will contact IT resources for assessment and resolution. The main Student Computer Helpdesk is located in West Building - Room 101. Coverage hours for the Student Helpdesk can be found by going to our Outlook Calendar. Use your campus user-id and password to access. Skilled student technicians are available at this location to solve computer problems for students.
