Service Level Agreement

This document presents a description of how our computer help process works, what our standard procedures are, and what our customers should expect with respect to the services offered by the Infrastructure and Computing Department of the Information Technology Division at Gettysburg College. Such a document is commonly referred to as a "service level agreement" (SLA) in the service industry today.

This SLA is intended for members of our customer base which comprises faculty, students, administrators, support staff, and the College Board of Trustees.
