Infrastructure and Computing strives to achieve an exceptional customer service standard. Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers by providing courteous, efficient, effective and reliable computer support. Our motto is "We put our customers first." We believe in customer satisfaction and customer empowerment. We value customer comments and will use them to measure our performance and improve our services. Infrastructure and Computing staff members are committed to an atmosphere of open inquiry and continuous education and training for ourselves as well as members of the College community.
