Anti-Virus
You can use any anti-virus program you wish. There is also several free editions of anti-virus available. You can safely download any of the anti-virus programs listed from their websites or from www.download.com 

You should complete a periodical check to ensure that your anti-virus program is running properly. Open your anti-virus program and manually check for virus definition updates.
