If you are experiencing a problem with your computer there are several ways to contact us.
Enter a Helpdesk Ticket
1. Login to CNAV
2. Select My Place, My Helpdesk
3. Click Submit New Request
4. The Institution should be set to Gettysburg College
5. Select Gtech from the Helpdesk Menu
6. Enter a brief description of the problem in the Request Summary field. Typical problems might be No Network Connection, Word Freezes, Computer Shuts Down, etc.
7. Enter as much information as possible in the Request Description field. Please include your operating system, any error messages you are receiving, etc. Please keep in mind that the more information about your problem that you include, the easier it will be for us to fix your problem.
8. Include your phone number
9. Click Submit
10. The Helpdesk will enter your ticket and we will begin working on it as soon as possible.
