Digital Center Facilitators

The Digital Center Facilitators (DCF's) staff the Student Help Desk on the ground floor of Musselman Library. They are trained in the use of the equipment located at the self-service stations that provide such services as scanning (both images and text/OCR), media conversion (such as VHS to DVD, etc.), and downloading images from digital cameras. They are charged with following the proper proceedure for handling the checking in and out of loaner equipment, such as cassette tape recorders, camcorders, and digital cameras, for course projects. The helpdesk is staffed during the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday 10am-10pm
• Friday-Saturday 10am-8pm
• Sunday noon-10pm
