Gettysburg College is pleased to inform you that we implemented a grace period that allows you an additional two and half months beyond your plan year to incur expenses, therefore allowing you to incur expenses up until March 15th of the following year. All receipts must be submitted by April 30th of that year. After April 30th any balance remaining in your account will be forfeited.
Claims can be received electronically, via fax or mail. If you haven't elected direct deposit, we will mail your check reimbursements to your home address. Claim and direct deposit forms can be downloaded from https://www.healthhub.com.

o File an electronic claim using Express Claims Service
o Your account balance
o Claim and direct deposit forms
o Participant reimbursement history & checks issued
o List of eligible expenses including over-the-counter medicines
