The new employee orientation program is usually scheduled quarterly and split in two separate half-day sessions. The purpose of these sessions is the provide an opportunity for our new employees to become more acclimated to the campus culture by sharing information that will be useful in their transitioning to their position, department and Gettysburg College. These sessions are not mandatory but strongly encouraged.

A continental breakfast is provided and the Human Resources staff invites the new employees to lunch. 

After attending these sessions, we ask our new employees to kindly give us their feedbacks and complete the following questionnaire in order to improve this program.
