Grievance Procedure

The College grievance procedure is only available to employees and students after they have filed a formal complaint and received a final determination pursuant to that complaint. The grievance procedure exists as a means to contest a final decision that has been made on the basis of inaccurate information, in a discriminatory manner, or due to a failure to follow a prescribed set of steps.
