Step 1. Finding a Job on Campus?
Are you eligible for WORK-STUDY?
If Yes,
You should visit the Employment section of the Scholarships & Aid'swebsite for a list of available work-study positions. Each semester the Work Study Journal will provide a summary of available positions both on campus and in the community. The Office of Financial Aid is located on the corner of Stevens and North Washington Streets (# 54 on the Campus Map)
If No,
You should visit the Center for Career Development's web site and log into GettysburgWorks to find information on both on-campus and off-campus positions that may be available. The address is http://www.ecampusrecruiter2.com/gettysburg. The Center for Career Development is located at 53 West Stevens Street (#55 on the Campus Map).
Step 2. Complete your Employment Paperwork within Three Days of Work
After you've found a position on campus, you must complete the proper employment paperwork for Human Resources and Payroll Services, within your first three days of work.
Have you worked for the College in the Past?
If Yes,
If you have worked for the College in the past, there are no additional forms to complete unless your home address has changed. If your home address has changed, you will need to complete a new tax form. Click here for more info.
If No,
Click here if you are a student who has not worked for the College in the past.
