Technology is integral to Gettysburg College. Over the past decade the College has invested $1.5 million to develop 110 enhanced learning spaces tailored to the instructional needs of students and faculty. Faculty have adopted both classroom and online technologies; all students have access to Angel, the course management system, to view syllabi, assignments, and grades.

The College utilizes Peoplesoft's financial, human resources, and student records administration modules. In tandem with CNAV, the in-house developed portal, Peoplesoft also supports the College's curriculum through advising and curricular planning tools. The College also utilizes several best of breed data systems, including applications supporting the College Life division as well as the Development, Alumni and Parent Relations division. The College's network comprises 17,000 network connections, 210 wireless access points, 120 servers, and 16 terabytes of data storage. Overall, nearly 95% of the campus has wireless access. 

The College has recently performed an Information Risk Assessment and will be implementing recommendations to strengthen policies and governance in the coming year.
