An important part of the CFD fellowship experience is an annual CFD Scholars Conference which is hosted at a different member institution each year. Current CFD scholars are expected to attend and their expenses are paid by the Consortium.

Fellows: Travel & lodging are covered by the Consortium for Faculty Diversity. The host organizes meals on September 13th and 14th for all participants.
Campus Representatives: Each Institution is responsible for travel as well as lodging for their respective campus representatives. The Consortium organizes meals on September 13th and 14th for all participants.
