Personal Comments:  Meeting CW enthusiasts my own age was a real treat, as was the opportunity to listen to and interact with leading CW scholars.  Gabor Boritt was particularly encouraging to those of us who expressed an interest in pursuing history as a profession.  I continue on that path-as a PhD student studying CW history and assistant editor of North and South magazine-and credit the CWI with helping show me the way.
