The LRC Computer Classroom provides the language faculty and students with a beautiful and up-to date classroom for lessons involving the intensive use of computer technology, where each student needs to have access to his or her own computer.

Equipment

• AV podium
• 20 desktop computers (additional laptops upon request)
• fixed classroom arrangement
• microphones and headphones
• adequate desk space for paper materials

Optimum Uses

• Each students needs his/her own computer
• Computers are used the majority of the class period
• Intensive use of listening and recording (microphones and headphones)
• Students need to use written materials in addition to the computer
• Tasks that require extensive use of the mouse
