Impromtu trip to Milan and Genoa in Italy, where I got to look at the world's finest fashions and eat the world's greatest food.

Why I joined GLGC:

My experience abroad changed my outlook on the world and helped me understand myself in a deeper way.  I want to make sure that I do not lose sight of what my study abroad experience gave me.  The GLGC helps me apply what I learned abroad to what I am doing here at Gettysburg College; it inspires me to be an active member of the global community; it allows me to guide others who may be thinking about studying abroad in the future.

Plans after graduation:

I do not have a specific career goal just yet.  I know that I would like to join the Peace Corps or other international volunteer service upon graduation.
