Payment Understanding Form

Upon your acceptance to a program, you will receive a Payment Understanding form that outlines the estimated costs associated with your program. Even though each program is unique and has slightly different financial arrangements, you should expect that the costs outlined above are reflective of your program. The Payment Understanding form will, however, indicate costs and payment dates more specifically. A sample Payment Understanding form is available from the Office of Off Campus Studies if you wish to review one prior to applying for off campus studies.

You must read and sign the Payment Understanding form and return it to the Off Campus Studies Office to secure your place in the program. A second copy of the Payment Understanding form is sent to you for your records.
