Grade Reporting
ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE REGISTRAR
END OF SEMESTER GRADE REPORTING
A. GRADE SUBMISSION
The Spring Semester Grade Request Rosters in the Faculty Center are available.
1) Submission of grades to the Office of the Registrar is done through the Faculty Center. Instructions can be found here.
2) Should you have any difficulty or are unable to access your Faculty Center grade roster, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact Mary Waltz at x6242 or mwaltz@gettysburg.edu and we will assist you with any access or technical problems.
B. DEADLINE FOR GRADES
1) Please submit your grades within 48 hours after each exam.
2) Submit all grades by noon on Monday, May 12. Those who test on Saturday afternoon may submit by 5:00p.m.
C. NOTICE OF GRADES TO STUDENTS
Posted grades will appear immediately on the Student Center and then in CNAV within 24 hours of submission to the Office of the Registrar. Even though students get this early notification before leaving the campus, it is appropriate for you to ask students to delay any conversation with you about their final grades until you have completed your grading activity for all of your classes. Announcing this practice to your classes may eliminate some interruptions.
D. OFFICE HOURS
Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Grades may be submitted through the Faculty Center 24 hours a day. Though the office will not be open on the weekend of May 10-11, grades may still be submitted online.
