Mellon Curriculum Development Funds (MCD)

Type of Projects Supported

• Course development and internally led departmental or disciplinary workshops devoted to curricular issues such as integrating research throughout the curriculum for the major or making the capstone a more rigorous research experience.  
• The broad purpose of the grant is to improve the quality and number of opportunities for students to conduct research or other types of engaged learning within the curriculum.

Who May Apply

• Faculty member or group of members.

Deadlines for Application

• The annual deadline dates for application for MCD funds are as follows: Summer-April 15, Fall-October 15, and Spring-February 15.
