Instructions for the Online Submission Tool for EPACC Proposals

How to Submit a Proposal

  1. Login to PeopleSoft (opens in new window)
  2. In the left navigation panel, click on "GBC Menus"
  3. Click on "GBC EPACC" then "Submit an Application"
  4. If you have already made a proposal this year, you’ll see it listed here.
At the bottom of that page you'll see a button to create a new proposal.
  5. Click on "Create a New Proposal" to get to the application form.
  6. Fill out the form as clearly and completely as possible. Some fields are required (indicated by an *). For the narrative and budget areas, you may choose to fill in the box provided, or upload a separate document. You should do one or the other, but not both.
  7. At the end of the form you have the option to either Save or Submit the proposal.
    - If you "Save (to edit later)" you can go back later to edit the proposal before submission.
    - If you "Submit and Lock" the proposal is considered finished and cannot be edited further.

Please note: your proposal is not submitted until you click the "Save and Lock" button. If you "Save (to edit later)" you must return and "Submit and Lock" the proposal for it to be considered by the committee.

The due date for submissions is Monday March 3, 2014 at 11:59pm.  You must "Submit and Lock" your proposal(s) by then.

Once you "Submit and Lock" the proposal you will receive an email confirming your submission. The committee will contact you with the results by mid-April. If you have questions about your proposal you can contact Rhonda Good (rgood@gettysburg.edu) or Brent Talbot (btalbot@gettysburg.edu) for assistance.
