Admissions are rolling and subject to class size. We do not require letters of recommendation, transcripts or essays to attend ACGC. Online applications will be accepted up until the program is sold out or one week before your desired session start day. As space is limited, it is highly recommended that all students complete their application (Step 1) as early as possible to reserve their seat.

Step 1 - Online Application and Deposit

Go online to http://www.gettysburg.edu/academiccamps
Click the "Register Now" button. Select your course and session, and enter the required information. A per student, per session, non-refundable $500 deposit is required with each online application and is payable through our secure online system via credit card or e-check.

Upon completion of Step 1, you will receive a detailed welcome pack email. This email will include a link to your student profile (Step 2) and an attached PDF with important program information. If you elect to pay your student's fill tuition with the online application (Step 1), final payment (Step 3) is not required.

Step 2 - Online Student Profile

Click the "Student Profile" button, and enter the required information

Detailed instructions on how to complete your student profile are included in your welcome pack email. You may log in to your student profile to add or update information at any time prior to the June 1 deadline.

Step 3 - Final Payment

Go online to http://www.gettysburg.edu/academiccamps
Click the "Account Login " button, and complete payment by June 1 deadline.

June 1 Deadline: Your student profile and final payment must be submitted online no later than June 1. Failure to submit both student profile and final payment by June 1 will result in a late registration fee and may affect your student's eligibility for admission to the program. Additional forms, provided in your welcome pack email, must be completed and presented to the designated ACGC staff on registration day.

Late Registration: Students applying after the June 1 deadline will incur a $100 late registration fee and must submit their student profiles at least one week before their session begins.

Tuition and Fees

Basic Tuition - $2,395
Basic tuition covers room, all on-campus meals and activities, course materials, facilities, and field trip transportation.

Required Charge:
Field Trip Account - $100
Each session features two field trips. Before every field trip, $50 will be issued to each student to cover two meals and personal spending.

To apply to ACGC, a deposit of $500 is required upon completion of your online application. The $500 deposit will be applied to your full tuition. Your final payment and student profile are due no later than June 1. For students applying after the June 1 deadline, the full program tuition is due upon completion of your application.

Optional Charges:
Airport Transportation Service - Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) Pick-up / Drop-off
One way pick-up or drop-off service is $100. Round-trip is $195. ACGC staff members escort students to and from campus. Gettysburg College provided or arranges for all vehicles and drivers. Detailed instructions on how to request this service will be provided in your welcome pack email. Students itineraries and payment for this service must be submitted by the June 1 deadline.

Optional Events:
Optional events are fun, optional excursions or activities that vary from summer to summer. Detailed descriptions of these events and instructions on how to enroll will be provided in your welcome pack email.

Refund Policy:
Date of Withdrawal
On or before June 1: All tuition, including any additional charges, will be refunded excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit.

After June 1: All tuition, including any additional charges, for any student who withdraws or is dismissed for any reason will not be refunded, as the College must honor financial commitments based on expected enrollment.
