Summer Research and Internships - Professional Fields (Law, Business, Etc.)

The American Bar Foundation offers Summer Research Fellowships in Law and Social Science for Minority Undergraduate Students "to interest minority undergraduate students...to the rewards and demands of a research-oriented career in the field of law and social science." Application deadline is February 28, 2003.

The NALP Foundation for Law Career Research and Education offers some good advise, suggesting that summer clerkships may well lead to permanent employment, as typically "large firms can predict their needs well in advance."  So check out some law offices in your area!

Yale University has a website of "not to be missed summer fellowship opportunities."  Check it out!

The University of California has announced its Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) Summer Institute. It is open to all undergraduate majors and students interested in pursuing careers in public service through the attainment of a Master's degree. For additional information, please contact:
