I make art about people I know, including myself. Typically painted portraits, each work comes out as different as the people they represent. I like to let my subject’s personality mingle with my own, and the result is a fusion of their features, my mood, their expression, my impressions. Each outcome is a surprise to me. I enjoy making art, and if somebody else enjoys looking at it that’s even better!
